  • Ordering

    Our warehouse is located in Oakland, CA. Prepayment is required for the first two orders. Upon receipt of a signed Credit Application and bank authorization form and approval of credit by Euro Style, credit terms can be established. Euro Style reserves the right to withdraw credit terms at any time. NSF checks are subject to a $35 penalty charge. Any litigation that should occur on the account will be settled in the county of Marin, California. Customer will be responsible for any collection fees and legal fees incurred for the collection of the account.
    NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT.

    MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP)
    The MAP applies to all advertisements of Euro Style products and Euro Style brands, ITALMODERN and SweetLoft Living in any and all media. The prices contained in the MAP list are minimum advertised prices only.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    ROUTING-FREIGHT COLLECT PROGRAM
    Please indicate preferred freight company or order will be shipped via a common carrier of our choice on a freight collect basis. This option is available to all Euro Style customers in the 48 continental states. Upon request, Euro Style will provide rate quotes before each shipment based on Euro Style discounts. All shipments sent with packing lists and bills of lading showing the number of cartons shipped. Euro Style does not prepay freight. Customer needs to carefully inspect cartons and contents when received and note any issues at time of delivery. Euro Style does not reimburse freight charges. Customers are responsible for alerting Euro Style of any issues within 24 hours, as possible, so a claim can be filed.

    3rd PARTY SHIPPING ACCOUNT
    All shipments are shipped and billed to the Retailer. Shipping accounts must be active and in good standing for each shipping authorization. Ownership of the shipment transfers from Euro Style to the Retailer when order is shipped from our warehouse. Euro Style is not responsible for freight damaged or merchandise lost in transit. Retailer will be responsible for filing and processing all freight claims directly with their Freight Company. Freight charges should be included in your freight claim.

  • Returns & Replacements

    No returns will be accepted without a prior written Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns must be packaged in Euro Style original packaging with logo tape intact. A 25% re-stocking charge applies to all returns of standard stock items in unopened cartons and in saleable condition. Return freight must be prepaid by the customer.

    Euro Style will replace parts for all defective items and/or missing hardware. Customer must complete a Euro Style claims form for manufacturer defects and/or parts request. Charges for local repairs require prior written authorization.

  • Credit

    Credits for returns or any other authorized reason will be posted as a credit to the account to be used towards a future payment.

  • Warranty
